Gospel Partnerships
” I thank my God in all my remembrance of you, 4 always in every prayer of mine for you all making my prayer with joy, 5 because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now. 6 And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ. ” Philippians 3:3-6

Frequently Asked Questions
How Do We Begin A Partnership?
Gospel Partnerships is a vital component of church planting. Similarly to Paul’s ministry, church planting usually does not begin with a full staff salary and church planting pastors must raise a portion of their salary through partnerships. How Long Has Nate Been In ministry?
Nate has served the church in a voluntary leadership role (2001-2007), bi-vocational ministry leadership role (2008), and full-time pastoral ministry (2009-present). Since 2009 Nate has served the church in different roles, including music ministry director, associate pastor, church planter, and as a lead or senior pastor.
Nate has found great benefit, joy, and fulfillment from the study and preparation, the delivery, and reflection process of preaching God’s Word. He is also strong proponent of the Charles Simeon Trust preparation process, by God’s grace, Nate has preached over 500 sermons–some of which are avialable online.

Nate was raised in Washington State, Becky grew up in Northern Indiana, and they met on the mission field in Central Asia. Their love for Jesus, worship and music, discipleship and cross-cultural missions, drew them to one another. They fell in love and were married June 2001. Nate and Becky have two adult daughters: Allayah and Ellianna.
In the early years of marriage, Nate and Becky served as volunteer musical worship directors at Downtown@8:08, a Young Adult ministry in Goshen, Indiana. During which they formed a band, traveled regionally, were featured on the local radio station, and recorded two full-length albums. In 2020 Nate & Becky released their first solo project.
Nate was called into full-time, vocational ministry as an associate pastor in 2009. Events led them to partner in planting Church Without Borders in Marlton, NJ. In 2013, God led the McGlinchys back to Nate’s hometown of Snohomish, WA, to plant BridgeCity Church in partnership with the North American Mission Board, the Northwest Baptist Convention, and The Bridge Church. In March 2020, BridgeCity was informed we could no longer gather in our leased space due to Covid restrictions resulting in a merger with Restoration Road Church in November 2020 where Nate has served as a staff pastor responsible for music, missions, and media.
